After surgery it is important to spend more time resting, to give the body a chance to recover. However, many people find it difficult to get comfortable after surgery because of the sore and sensitive areas of the body that need less pressure placed on them whilst they heal.

That’s why Marnie Rustemeyer developed the Billow. After her double mastectomy, Marnie found it very difficult to find comfortable positions and relief during recovery. She became increasingly passionate about helping people living with cancer feel comfortable, confident and beautiful again, and used her experiences to develop the Billow.

The Billow is a high-quality pillow specifically designed to alleviate stress on sensitive parts of the body after surgery. Its unique shape reduces pressure on the lower back whilst supporting sensitive breast tissue. It can be used laying on your front, back or side; however you’re most comfortable.

  • Choice of Wool or Kapok filled pillow
  • Always cruelty-free and not treated with chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilisers
  • Includes a luxurious and organic count sateen cotton and machine washable Billow case

It’s an extremely comfortable post surgery and allows me to sleep well. I may never go back to my old pillow again.

I really like the pillow so far. It’s very comfortable and has helped as I have just had breast reconstruction. I’m looking forward to being able to sleep on my stomach with this pillow soon. I’m glad I made the purchase and will be using it a lot in the future.
