- After brushing the teeth, use approximately 10 ml, rinse for 30 seconds and spit out.
- Do not rinse with water after.
- Can be used regularly throughout the day, but do not exceed 5 times a day.
- Suitable for adults and children over 7 years old.
Have used this for nearly two years now, after having radiotherapy, I find ordinary mouthwashes too strong and drying, this one is mild and moisturising but you still feel that you have used a mouthwash. It's great!
